There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

"I recently made a decision to move from California to Texas - a relocation with my job at The Capital Group Companies. This was really the first time I have ever purchased a house or made a huge move. Needless to say it was a huge undertaking. Nancy Halvorson was referred to me by a co-worker as someone who was "gifted" in Real Estate in San Antonio. I spoke to Nancy several times on the phone before my first House-Hunting adventure and met Nancy for the first time in September 2004. Thus began a very long journey to finding the perfect house for me and my two college-age children.
We had very unique requirements. Coming from California we wanted land and we wanted to be in a friendly neighborhood (of course I have found that just about every neighborhood in San Antonio is friendly!!). We had dogs, a cat, rabbits and two horses and 3 adults that needed a home.
Nancy took us all over the San Antonio area - from Alamo Heights and Oakwell Farms to Helotes and Boerne. We looked at hundreds of houses (that's what it felt like to me!). Nancy was always patient and understanding when it came to my decisions and priorities. She was so flexible - meeting me at lunch, after work and giving up her weekend to show me houses! She met me all over the city to sign paperwork and pick up forms.
She is the epitome of client service and professionalism, and at the same time was a true friend through all of this. In February, just when I was about to give up on finding Horse Property that I could afford in San Antonio, a house came on the market in Fair Oaks Ranch. It looked perfect but went under contract almost immediately. This did not stop Nancy! She took me to see the house, I fell in love with the house and property and we placed a back-up offer that night. I was skeptical - who would ever give up that great house? A week later, Nancy called me with the great news - the contract had fallen through and the house was mine to purchase. Then she proceeded to "hold my hand" and help me throughout the entire purchase process (remember it was my first time). She helped me find the right inspectors, recommended financing options and companies and patiently and thoroughly explained all the paperwork. We moved in mid-April and could not be happier. Every night when I drive home from work I feel like I am going on vacation to my beautiful house in Fair Oaks Ranch!"
